Welcome to my little corner of the internet — where kettlebells share space with yoga mats, TRX straps hang from doors, and the philosophy is simple: you don’t need a huge gym (or a huge budget) to get fit.
I’m Dave, and I’m a big believer in home and minimalist fitness. My workouts happen in a small apartment room I’ve turned into my own training space. It’s proof that you can build strength, mobility, and endurance without stepping into a commercial gym or filling your place with bulky equipment.
How I Train & Learn
I’m naturally curious (some might say obsessed) when it comes to new ways of moving and training. I explore everything from suspension training and kettlebells to yoga, isometrics, resistance bands, and bodyweight flows. My “research” process is part science, part self-experiment:
- AI Research: I dig into emerging fitness ideas with the help of AI tools, uncovering fresh training concepts, program designs, and performance tips.
- Books & Courses: I read fitness books, deep-dive into sports science, and take online courses to keep my knowledge fresh.
- Product Testing: I try out gear and accessories from Amazon to see what actually works — and share honest feedback before you waste your time or money.
